Ever stare into the mirror and see that your eyes cannot hide how tired you are feeling? Many people inquire on how to lighten dark circles, de-puff their under eye area, and combat crow's feet. I have a few tricks to do just this.
In Chinese Medicine, the under eye area corresponds to the kidney, liver, and stomach region. Dark circles usually signify the kidneys are overexerted and the body is has having difficulty eliminating. In addition, an individual may have low "digestive fire" compromising their ability to digest and absorb their food. Internally, I recommend adequate hydration. The formula is half your body weight in ounces of water per day. Add fresh lemon juice to your water, this helps in absorption and will make your liver happy. I also recommend nightly castor oil packs to support liver function and 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar before meals to get the digestive juices flowing. And of course sleep! I will also call on homeopathic drainage remedies to enhance the functioning of these organs.
Topically, I have found that Leaf People Eye Serum is unlike any other eye cream or serum on the market. It is oil based so it's easily absorbed into the delicate skin of the eye area. The combination of botanicals increases circulation to lighten up dark circles, depuff the under eyes, and over time strenghtens collagen to diminish crow's feet. Your eyes will brighten up with one application. Try Leaf People's Eye Serum today!

Hmmm… I think wearing eyeglasses are useful for preventing crow's feet or dark circles around our eyes. Based from what I'm aware of, every time our eyes are exposed to too much light, our faces gives a reaction. These can be one of the causes of having wrinkles.

A healthy lifestyle can help stall the appearance of age lines on your face. Drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep. A positive attitude also helps.
